Located nearby is open government land with +/- 3000 acres, a State Park, 2 reservoirs good for fishing, sailing and stand up paddling, white water rafting and the Divide Golf & Country Club as well as 4 golf courses in Montrose and Delta. The main building is furnished in a Transition - mix of Colorado Countrystyle and modern East Coast – Loft – Lifestyle with great attention and care to every single detail.
