Health and Safety of our Guests

A message from hosts Sandra & Frank:

Dear Friends and Guests, With the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak our primary concern and area of focus is the health and safety of our guests and our communities. We are working daily to ensure that we meet the latest guidance from the CDC on hygiene and cleaning. Our ranch‘s health and safety measures are designed to address the COVID-19 Virus and cover everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to our guest room and common area cleaning procedures. We are cleaning and disinfecting our rooms after guests depart and before next guests arrive, with particular attention paid on high-touch items such as bathrooms, doorhandles, nightstands etc. Stay healthy and safe! Your‘s Sandra and Frank from DOUBLE G Ranch & Guest Lodge

Welcome at the Double G Ranch!

Just 20 minutes south of the Montrose Airport, Double G Ranch with 360-degree mountain views, is a fun and casual getaway for any adventure you might choose. It´s the perfect starting point to your southwest vacation and a hop, skip and a jump - just 45-minutes from jaw-droppingly beautiful Telluride (voted #1 ski resort consecutive years in a row by Colorado Nast), and an easy 20-minutes drive to quaint towns like Ridgway and Ouray (home of the internationally acclaimed Ouray Ice Festival). With on-site horseback riding, nearby off-road bike and 4-wheel trails, hikes in every direction (Blue Lakes, Ice Lake Basin, Mt. Sneffels, etc.), art & music festivals, and local brew pubs there are endless possibilities to make memories for a life-time.

Whatever your days´adventure calls for, we´ll send you on your way with a hearty breakfast buffet, complete with farm-fresh eggs from our own hens, goat cheese from the neighbor and meats from local vendors. Tired from a great day of exploring? Let us prepare your 3-course German or American-style dinner while you relax on the deck overlooking the ethereal San Juan and Cimarron mountain ranges. Prices are super reasonable and all our menues are listed on the website (Menues).
